Registration/Data Confirmation

For Returning OUSD Students
ATP 2025/2026 Registration will be held in August 6th and 7th, 2025. Please stop by the school office between 8:00am and 3:30pm to drop off your forms. If you need a computer or printer for registration, there are some available in the school office for your use. If you are unavailable either of these days, please call Sue in the school office at 760-901-7170 and make an appointment for another time.
Things to bring with you to Registration:
- Signed Data Confirmation form (also called an Emergency Card)
- Completed and signed Community Based Instruction form (see below)
- Any medical forms (see Health Office page)
- If you have moved since last year, bring two proofs of address
The Data Confirmation window is now open. Please login and update all of your information. At the end of the process, print the "Emergency Card", sign it and bring it to registration.
You need to have an Aeries Parent Portal account in order to do your Data Confirmation. On the website, click "Create New Account".

Community Based Instruction (CBI) Permission
Please complete the Community Based Instruction Permission form. This will enable your student to participate in all off-campus instruction and activities.
