Visitors and Volunteers

Please follow the simple guidelines below for keeping our students and staff safe:

VISITORS, ALWAYS check in at the front office and wear your visitor badge so they are visible at all times while on campus. 

VISITORS, ALWAYS check out at the front office.  In the event of an emergency or disaster, it is critical that we know who is on campus.

LEVEL 1 VOLUNTEERS "SUPERVISED"- will be under the supervision of a teacher or other school employee while assisting students, and is never left alone with students, must complete the Volunteers Acknowledgement Letter. Chaperones for field trips are also considered Level 1 Volunteers. 

LEVEL 2 VOLUNTEERS "SUPERVISED/UNSUPERVISED" - Volunteers working with our students on a regular or ongoing basis must complete the OUSD Volunteer Process. This process begins with requesting an "Accepting Volunteers" form and getting it signed by our Coordinator. This is for the safety of ALL our students. If you are unclear whether or not you need to complete this process, please check with the school office.
